Description:
A small, Family-run company looking for a dynamic person to join their team to be responsible for managing and developing their European Suppliers.
They specialise in providing executive-style transport services for Families throughout theUK and abroad with a focus on quality and high customer satisfaction. Although small, they are growing rapidly and looking to expand further.
THE ROLE
*Managing existing European suppliers which may include travelling to meet with suppliers to ensurequality control of our product.
*Seeking out and establishing commercial ties with new suppliers.
*Overseeing the operationsside of the business
*Involved in company strategy, develop plans of action and setting sales targets for expansion
*Involvedin regular reviews of company performance
*Setting up commercial ties with B2B clients including UK based agents and operatorsEXPERIENCE REQUIRED
*Knowledge of the tourism sector is preferable but not essential
*Experience developing new business opportunities
*Solid account management experience
*Second language preferable but not imperative
*A Family-friendly personality: understanding the needs and expectations of clients!
*People management skills: a leader who can manage effectively and also work as part of a team
*Dynamic personality that is willing to take on a new project and expand the products and client baseTHE PACKAGE
