Are you andall-around great Contracting Manager with a proven record of negotiating new business. This is an exciting role for a proven Contracting Manager with extensive experience in contracting London and the United Kingdom.
Job Description:
* Reporting tothe Director of Contracting and Commercial, UK
* Prepare and sign contracts and all other relevant documents from our partners* Communicating with Suppliers, accommodation companies through email/phone and arranging meetings
* Negotiating rates andavailability for our clients and our portal
* Understanding of Channel manager connections and ecommerce (dynamic rates and availability)
* Increase revenue for the company by negotiating the best conditions. Example negotiating rates, availability andincreasing commissions
* Negotiate rates and Conditions for long term projects for our Corporate Clients
* Assist the Salesteam and Reservations team where further negotiations needed for our clients
* Handle negotiations with suppliers for minor issues up to challenging situations with curtesy and professional manners
* Manage and develop the Property partner portfolio* Collecting all relevant information from suppliers in order to upload their properties in our intranet
* Pay attention to details and making sure all information are correct in our system before property goes live
* Creating log in details and providing access and training for our suppliers using our extranet
* Be able to organise the information from our suppliers and save them correctly in our share folders
* Contacting Suppliers on daily bases and make sure we are getting all important information in good timing.
* Always keep a great relationship with the Suppliers and professional
* Checking rates and availability in our system where is needed
Experience Required:
* Able to prepare, excel spread sheets, or presentations for internal use or suppliers' meetings
* Proven experience in contracting accommodation in the UK & London
The Package:* Starting salary £35,000 - £45,000
