GetRecruited are currently supporting a leading travel company based in Chester who, due to growth, are seeking a Customer ServiceRepresentative to join their expanding team.
As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer queries, ensuring that issues are resolved in a swift manner whilst assisting customers with the online booking system.
If you have previous experience within a customer service role alongside a track record in dealing with customer enquiriesover the phone and email, then send your CV in for immediate consideration!
THE ROLE:
* As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound enquiries from new and existing customers
* Support the customers through the online booking process
* Resolve customer or owner issues in a timely manner, and in line with company guidelines
* Work closely with the Reservations team, passing on feedback on how to improve the current processes
* Complete other duties asrequired
THE PERSON:
* At least 1 years' experience within a customer service, customer care, administrative, telesales,sales position is essential
* Previous background within the travel or holiday industry would be highly advantageous
* Positive and dynamic approach to customers
* Skilled in negotiation
* Strong communication skills
* High attention to detail* Commercial acumen
