My client, a successful tour operator based in North London are seeking a Customer Relations Executive, with excellent letter writing skills to investigate and respond to customer complaints. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with fantastic customer service skills to join a fast growing company with fantastic benefitsand career progression. The sole purpose of the Customer Relations Executive is to ensure that the customer relations team provide a good, fast and affective service to each and every customer. Ensuring that client feedback is dealt with swiftly and efficiently in accordance with deadlines.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Monitoring the customer care inbox
*Assessing, investigating, gathering information and forwarding cases on to suppliers and airlines
*Conducting internal investigations and listening to recorded calls
*Assessing responses received from suppliers and airlines
*Constructing responses to travel agents from suppliers and airlines
*Amending invoices and dealing with refunds
*Understanding of internal processes and policies
*Ensuring all complaints are dealt with in accordance to ABTA code of conduct
*General administration duties to include extensive use of email, word, excel spreadsheets, scanning, printing, filing etc.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*A strong background within customer service
*Excellent writing skills from a customer service environment
*Previous travel experience
*Knowledge of ABTA's code of conduct is an advantage
*Ability to work under pressure, use your own initiative and to deadlines
THE PACKAGE:
An attractive salary package of £20,000 - £21,000. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an established and ambitious travel company.
HOURS:
Monday - Friday; 9.00 to 17.30hrs
