Description:
This niche luxury travel company is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive tojoin their growing marketing team during an exciting stage of growth. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will help to implement and be responsible for delivering a multi-channel digital strategy covering paid media and search, SEO and lead generating digital campaigns. You will also support critical website development and e-CRM projects.

Core Responsibilities
* Day-to-day management of the website and supporting development projects with our Marketing Manager
* Creation of PPC campaigns alongside our agency, working alongside our Marketing Manager to optimise ads and budgets and develop future strategies
* Support in developing and delivering an SEO strategy, using keyword research and management to inform contentopportunities, and making updates to our websites
* Work alongside our Marketing Assistant and Marketing Manager to develop SEO optimised content
* Alongside the Marketing Assistant, develop and manage quality paid social campaigns
* Work with our Marketing Assistant and Marketing Manager to implement a successful email strategy, including building subscribers and improving lead generation
* Manage digital integrations between CRM, e-CRM systems and our website. Assist in managing the implementationof our new CRM system
* Research and introduce testing practices across all areas, including website CRO and email split testing
* Utilising Google Analytics to track campaigns and work with the Marketing Manager to improve cost attribution and marketing reporting
* Maintaining forward-thinking approach to digital marketing and our approach in the UK, US and elsewhere
Personal Specification
* Extremely strong analytical skills
* Good problem solver and solution provider
* Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Great communication and copy writing skills
* Team player who is also comfortable leading on responsibilities independently
Experience and Qualifications
* Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience hands-on with PPC, SEO and website development
* Preferred luxury or travel sector experience
* Degree in Marketing or related field
