JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Develop a comprehensive knowledge of all Domestic product, constantly challenging yourself to increase product knowledge and pro-actively look for new product to enhance our overallmarket offering.
*Ensure customer service targets are met daily, dealing with queries from clients, suppliers and colleagues in a timely and professional manner.
*Answering and dealing with a high number of calls and emails.
*Processing reservations and understanding special rates and contracts.
*Handling clients and suppliers in a prompt, friendly and efficient manner by telephone and in writing.
*Providing booking advice and assistance for our clients and suppliers.
*Ability to multi task and take on additional tasks as required by management.
*Ensure all vouchers/correspondence is sent correctly.
*Process client payments.
*Deal with customer/supplier issues and complaints.
*Run reports on products/suppliers and ensure these are checked beforesending to suppliers.
*Attending trade nights and FAM trips to develop product knowledge.
*Liaising with suppliers.
*Normalworking hours: 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday
*Occasional Bank Holiday and change of hours may be required at peak times
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Confident and passionate about learning and succeeding in the role.
*Ability to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines.
*Excellent organisational and planning skills.
*The ability to build effective relationships.*The ability to deal with complete priorities effectively.
*Self-motivated and good working under pressure.
*A good knowledge of Word, Excel.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
*The ability to handle multiple projects, whilstmaintaining meticulous attention to detail
*An enthusiastic and strong team player.
*Desirable - Previous experience of the UKDomestic market.
