Welkom! Are you a fluent Dutch speaker with a real passion for the travel industry? A very successful incoming tour operator are looking to expand their Dutch market groups team with an enthusiastic anddriven incoming group operations Consultant.
Our client brings customers in to the UK and Ireland from other Mainland European countries and so are seeking an operations consultant with the relevant language and travel skills.
Responsibilities include:
*Preparation of the tours: generating the bookings in the reservation system Tourplan and requesting the services to our suppliers
*Checking itineraries (feasibility & conformity with clients' publication)
*Booking and planning all services according to the itinerary
*Dealing with additional client wishes
*Distributing all necessary information to all partners so that tours run smoothly from start to finish
*Issuing the correct documentation (e.g. invoices, vouchers, travel documents) ontime
*Providing 24-hour emergency assistance to Dutch speaking customers
Your profile:
*Friendly and very customer orientated
*Highly accurate
*Able to work to tight deadlines
*You thrive in a busy environment
*Fluent in Dutch (mother tongue ideally) and English, both written and spoken
You should have
*Good destination knowledge of Great Britain and Ireland*A great team spirit
*Relevant education in tourism or business administration (e.g. Apprenticeship or studies)
*Experiencein group or coach travel (e.g. Work placements)
*A positive attitude
