Are you a successful Project Manager who has managed and delivered a rangeof multiple event projects? Do you have excellent communication skills to maintain client and supplier relationships? A leadingevents business based in Surrey require a Project Events Manager to join an expanding team. PROJECT AND EVENT MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Manage and deliver multiple projects
* Deliver events on time, within budget, that meet expectations
* Website creation and development where required
* Data management
* Set, communicate and maintain timelines and priorities on every project
* Communicate, maintain and develop client relationships
* Manage supplier relationships
* Adhere to client specific requirementswhere necessary
* Provide leadership, motivation, direction and support to your project team
* Travel to onsite inspectionsand project manage events onsite
* Track negotiations throughout the project life
* Responsible for budget management throughout the lifetime of each event
* Manage and submit expenses and credit card reconciliations
* Attend training where required at Head Office
* Attend client and supplier meetings where required
* Regular communication with your Clients
PROJECT AND EVENT MANAGER EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
* Experience in a project management role
* Pharmaceutical client experience or/and congress management experience is an advantage
* A proven background in delivering successful digital project management initiatives, meeting creative, budget and client timelines
* Ability to manage changing business and technical requirements ina fast pace environment
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel using Mac and PC
* Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communications skills
* Strong background in development of both team and client relationships
THE PACKAGE:
The salary on offer for this exciting new Project Manager role is in the region of £27000 - 35000 (dependent on experience) plus this company also offer some amazing company benefits like 25 days annual leave, annual profit related bonus, health insurance, flexible working and much more!
