Are you a Travel Sales Consultantwho prides themselves on exceptional customer service? Have you got experience of working for an independent travel operator and selling a niche travel product? Would you like to work for a luxury and independent travel operator in Windsor that offer a range of travel related services within a specialist market. This exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Sales & Reservations consultant, where you will be the main point of contact for this great company. The successful Consultant will receive a competitive salary, and the chance to travel overseas.
THE JOB:
* Manage sales leads received by the company via the company's website, email, mail or telephone, with the objective of maximising the number of confirmed bookings and revenues whilst complying with the company's rules and policies on procedures, terms & conditions and pricing
* Answering the phones and emails
* Assisting with preparing and sending out documentation during the booking process and paying close attention to detail toensure details are correct
* Processing credit card payments
* Assisting with daily brochure fulfilment
* Assisting othercolleagues / departments with administrative tasks as required
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* The ideal applicant will have experience in a similar Travel Sales position.
* Computer skills to include Word, Excel, Outlook & Power-Point
* Excellent telephone manner and inter-personal skills.
* Good work-load management with the ability to prioritise all sales opportunities before other duties.
THE PACKAGE:
The successful candidate for this role can expect a great basic salary level in the region of £16000 - £24000 which is dependent on experience and there are some lovely company benefits working for this company. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and this is a full time, permanent position.
