An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Specialist Leisure Travel Department in operating Reservations from the sales stage, todesigning itineraries. The role has plenty of scope to grow and develop in a friendly, dynamic team environment which is highlymotivated and professional.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Your core responsibility will be to efficiently quote FIT enquiries and to makeconsequent bookings and reservations for hotels and other ancillary service.
*Handling reservations and bookings from privateclients and travel trade
*Issuing & sending out travel documents
*Dealing with general enquiries
*Sending out quotations, confirmations and tailor-made itineraries
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Experience in a similar role working directly with customers and suppliers is essential
*Knowledge of Europe and a second language is an advantage
*Excellent English language skills.*Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail
