My Client, a successful luxury tour operator, who specialise in tailor-made itineraries to some of the world's most luxurious resorts is seeking a proven Luxury Travel Consultant to booking worldwide holidays, using the finest hotels and properties available. If you have a luxury travel background and a wealth of knowledge of The Caribbean, Indian Ocean or The Far East and excellent bespoke tailor-made travel experience, with the ability to deal with a bookingfrom enquiry through to final documentation please apply now!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Answering the telephone and dealing with customer enquiries by phone.
*Use your own previous experience and destination knowledge to establish the clients' needs andrequirements to best advise them when tailor making their chosen itineraries.
*Booking all aspects of travel for your customers.
*Responding to e-mail enquiries from customers.
*Ensuring that the correct documentation e.g. an invoice is sent to thecustomer and payment is collected.
*General administration.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Previous reservations experience within a luxury tour operator.
*Pleasant & professional telephone manner.
*Effective Sales skills.
*Wealth of knowledge ofthe Caribbean, Indian Ocean or The Far East
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*Good command of the Englishlanguage both written and verbal
*Ability to speak to the full range of clients including demanding VIPs and their PAs
*Interest in wellness and wellbeing
*Tailor-made LUXURY product knowledge
THE PACKAGE:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive basic salary of £26,000 with a fantastic commission structure.
HOURS:
Monday - Friday; 9am - 17:30
