Opportunity available for a Part-Time Homeworking Travel Sales Consultant. You will be involved in talking to clients and travel agents, putting together quotes, following up existing enquiries and providing advice over the phone, email and live chats. Good telephone manner and customer service skills, plus ability to work calmly under pressure during busy periods are keyrequirements.
The Job:
*Providing information and quotes to direct clients and travel agents
*Selling holidays to worldwide destinations
*Providing customer service via live chat and email
*Chasing up existing enquiries
*Upselling to customer tomaximise revenue
*Advising customers on extensions and stopovers
*Converting bookings
*Keeping up to date with our product through attending regular internal training sessions and ensuring your knowledge of the destinations we provide is of a high standard
*Courtesy calls to customers who have requested brochures
Skills / Experience Required:
*Experience of working in a sales role
*Commercial awareness and passionate about travel
*Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
*Ability to multitask and working towards targets
*A positive can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile

The Package:
*Salary of £15 Per Hour, working hours are Monday - Thursday 1600 - 2000 (youmay be required to work outside of these hours depending on business needs)
