Description:
Are you a Product Executive with strong commercial awareness and an eye for detail? This specialist travel company based in The City of London are seeking a dynamic Product Executive to join their expanding team. You will be responsible for assisting the product team by providing research and administrative support, maintaining partnerships, and assist with loading products and service in the system. Their product is dynamic and varies from air, rail, ocean, hotels, restaurants, activities, attractions worldwide. If you have exceptional geographical knowledge, highly literate, immense attention to detail and able to Identify new market opportunities, analysis competitors' activities this could be a great opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
*Support all relevant projects assigned in the Product departments (both short term and long term).
*Work with suppliers and build strong partnershipswith current and new partners (including but not limited to: hotels, restaurants, activities, attractions, etc…)
*Perform and assist with required research on suppliers, itineraries, and destinations in support of product development.
*Provide product build and loading support with our booking engine.
*Coordinate departmental tracking and administrative functions.
*Educate the sales team and other internal teams about the product line.
*Work very closely with the Senior Director of Product andproduct management team on development.
Skills Required:
*Previous experience in a Product Role within the Travel industry*Proven track record negotiating supplier contracts and special offers
*Experience of travel reservations systems and databases
*Excellent organisational skills
*Can work under pressure and able to multi-task
*Fluent written and spoken English essential
*Target oriented, with self-motivation and determination to succeed
The Package:
The successful candidate can expect acompetitive salary of £24,000
