My client, a specialist tour operator based on the boards of East London and Essex is seeking a Quality Control Executive with strong travel administration experience and a keen eye for detail to join their team, due to growth of the business. As an Quality ControlExecutive you will be responsible for checking all bookings made by the sales teams have been booked correctly. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Checking all bookings made by the sales teams have been booked correctly.
*Liaising with the Quality Control Co-ordinators to adviseof any booking errors
*Ensuring all bookings and documents are up to date
*Investigating any discrepancy and carrying out general administrative duties.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
*Worked in the travel industry for at least 1 year in an operations rolefor a retail travel agency, tour operator or airline
*Trained to a high IT standard including Word and Excel
*Able to work under pressure
*Good verbal and written communication
*Able to multitask including the ability to manage a busy mailbox
*Excellent attention to detail
*Good organisational skills and able to prioritise workload
*USA destination and product experienceHOURS OF WORK:
*You will be required to work 40 hours a week; Monday - Saturday 9am - 5.30pm (Day off in lieu in the weekwhen working at the weekend)
SALARY:
*Starting salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum depending on previous experienceBENEFITS:
