This leading independent company is looking for a bubbly & energetic Reservations/Customer Service and After Sales Consultant with a can-do-attitude, to join their very busy team in the heart of London.
You will be expected to deliver excellent customer service, buildrapports with our clients and process all incoming reservations in line with the company brand.
Job Activities:
*To offer after-sale assistance and have a passion to go the extra mile to help with customers' replies to queries and booking amendments*To handle all incoming complaints in line with the company complaint policy
*To help customers with shifts or swaps using their flexi-tickets
*Selling theatre tickets and ancillary services by phone or email in accordance with brand standards
*To upsell additional product as appropriate at every opportunity
*Keep up to date with theatre and ancillary product knowledge and special promotions to maximise sales conversion rates and profitability for the business
*Attend Industry events, trade nights orfamiliarity trips as required
*To convert sales calls at the highest rate at the highest possible margin
*Communicate to supervisors/managers all relevant customer feedback, particularly in the areas of pricing, products and services, to facilitate on-going improvements in our service
*To buy and source product at the lowest possible cost for maximum margin
*To assist in all other areas of reservations when required
*To attend the reception desk and operate reception shift duties on rotation
*To attend team meetings and training sessions
*To contribute to a positive and enthusiastic working environment
*To work as part of ateam, supporting colleagues and working to deliver common goals
*To be fully aware of company policies/handbook
*Any other reasonable duties as requested by Management
Skills / Knowledge Required
*Desire to deliver the best service to our customers
*Ability to manage multiple tasks
*Have good written and verbal communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
*Becomputer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
*Possess a good knowledge of English
*Have good attention to detail
*Be a team worker and have a positive 'can do' attitude
*Employ good time keeping skills
*Demonstrate high standards of integrity and honesty
*Bubbly can-do-attitude
*Fantastic telephone manner
Skills/Knowledge preferred
*Customer service experience of 1+ years
*Active interest in Theatre
*Experience of working in an office/call centre environment for 1+ years
*Geographical knowledge of London

Customer Services Operating Hours:
Monday-Friday 08:00 - 20:00
Saturday 09:00 - 19:30
Sunday 09:00 - 19:00
THE PACKAGE:
The salary package on offer for this position of CustomerService/After Sales Consultant includes a basic salary of £19,000, with excellent company benefits and incentives.
