Looking to recruit a sales and customer support executive this position is a customer focused role where you will be handling the adventure from the initial sales enquiry, to dealing with post-booking queries, and liaising with customers after they've travelled. The Job:
*Regularly liaising with new & existing customers by email, phone and live chat
*Converting enquiries into bookings
*Processing customer bookings to completion
*Liaising with tour operators
*Dealing with customer queries for a quick resolution
*Handling customer complaints
*Updating enquiry and booking data with accuracy across relevant systems
Skills Required:
*Proven customer support experience
*Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
*Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
*Previous experience in the Travel Industry (preferably in a sales role)
*Positive attitude
*Attention to detail
*Proven organisational skills
*Ability to work under pressure
*Initiative
*Professional and courteous
*Quick problem solving
The Package:
*£21,000 - £24,000
*37.5 hours perweek
*Typical days are 9:00 - 17:30 or 10:30 - 19:00 Monday to Friday. 10:00 - 16:00 on Saturdays
*Candidate must be available to work any of these hours
*Candidate must be able to work remotely from home if required
