Description:

We have a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's largest independent travel agent groups. You will be visiting partners and helping them reach their sales targets by building strong relationships with partners and driving brand awareness. You will be responsible for maximising sales potential by representing the company with your knowledge, drive for success and enthusiasm. The right candidate can expect to earn £28k-£30k with lotsof additional benefits.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Develop the sales by identifying key partners
* Develop a plan to engage partners,
* Assess the relevancy of the products for the partners to maximise selling opportunities
* Forecasting passenger numbers, turnover and profit and assess partner sales regularly to determine next steps
* Develop an effective training & implementation plan to ensure consistency of training, delivering training face to face or by webinar
* Track results of training and feedback sales results to member owner and assess the next steps for the member
* Plan and conduct follow-up meetings to ensurepartners are fully utilising systems and products
* Provide partners with a regular update of their sales performance
* Engagepartners via social media, share successes with the wider group

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate will have experience hitting targets in a travel sales environment. They will need to be comfortable building relationships with partners byphone, email and face-to-face. They will also need to be comfortable looking after their own admin and support work. This role will also require the right candidate to be able to work as part of a team while still being interested in their own personal development.
