This role is responsible for carrying out a varied mix of administrative heavy functions to support the company's sales and marketing initiatives. The Job:
*Assistance in Creation and deploying of the of e-newsletters
*Analysing the success of e-newsletters on a weekly basis
*Responsible for the management of ourtrade partner loyalty platform
*Monitoring, updating and reporting on our various platforms including online training academy,agent rewards website and corporate sales app.
*Upload tactical content onto local social media platforms
*Collate and recordsales and marketing activities onto centralised database
*Proofing of all UK related collateral including trade partner collateral
*Maintain and update the customer and trade partner databases with a high level of accuracy
*Manage new account set ups and issue and record required contracts and legislative documents
*Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to make sure that travel agents have access to the latest, relevant marketing materials; and create ad hoc marketing and targeted flyers whenrequired.
*Liaising with external agencies to order collateral for the sales team, events and travel agent partners.
*Assist with the coordination of company events and trips.
*Produce weekly and monthly reports
*General customer service and consumer relations queries
*Adhoc tasks and projects as and when required
*Undertake industry research as required including regular review of competitor pricing and promotions.
Skills/Experience Required:
*Bachelor's degree preferred or minimum GCSE level
*Interest in starting a marketing or sales career
*Great communication skill
*High attention to detail
*High standard of writtenEnglish
*Proficient in Microsoft Office.
*Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks accordingly
*A self-starter whocan work both independently, and as a positive team-player working towards a common goal
The Package:
*Starting salary of £23,000 plus company benefits
