Established market leading travel company who have both leisure and corporate travel brands are seeking an experienced business travel consultant to join their team in north-west London. Liaising with small to mediums size businesses arranging all their travel needs you will have solid GDS knowledge and excellent customer service skills. A Highly competitive starting salary, above average, in the region of £30k - £36k pa is available for the successful candidate!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Take calls and manage emails with corporate travel requirements
*Liaising with smallto medium size business to arrange all their travel needs worldwide
*Booking flights, accommodation, car hire, rail and other needs as required
*Working on Sabre GDS to make travel arrangements
*To service client travel requests, accurately, efficiently and within agreed deadlines.
*Process any administrative task or query promptly and accurately.
*Quality control own workwithin agreed time scales, to ensure work is accurate
*Attend client and supplier functions when and if required, to develop and maintain good relationships.
*Assisting in identifying your training needs with your Line Manager, attend agreed training courses.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate will have in excess of three years' experience within corporate travel, ideally working on Sabre, but other GDS experience will be consider and cross training provided. You will have a passion for excellent customer service, good fares knowledge (ideally IATA I &II) and excellent administration skills.
