Description:

Our client is a successful and fast-growing travel company based in South West Londonand they are seeking a Ski Sales Supervisor to join their team.

The Job:

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:⦁Define and communicate our sales standards
⦁Review and assess the sales delivery to our guests
⦁Leadthe day to day operations of the department
⦁Be responsible for managing and motivating staff
⦁Identify stafftraining needs, including staff development
⦁Evaluate and performance manage staff
⦁Schedule weekly and monthly team meetings with sales team
⦁Be instrumental in the development and delivery of the new website
⦁Identify and implement strategies to improve volume and maximise sales
⦁Meet departmental targets
⦁Be a point of contact & knowledge for all products via email and telephone for guests
⦁Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the salesand booking process
⦁Solving any guest queries or issues
⦁Monitor customers' feedback and nurture leads to maximise sales conversion
⦁Ensure that all enquiries are looked after and cross sell, when possible, in case our offers don't match the exact holiday specification.
⦁Report any discrepancies found on the company website
⦁Load bookingsinto the company's reservation system, including any extras added onto the package.
⦁Ensure safe and secure handling ofpayments taken through the company's operational system.
Customer Focus:

⦁Be central point of contact & knowledge in the office, representing the company in a professional, polite and helpful manner via email and phone.
⦁Ensuringthat our guests are accurately informed of our products and facilities and that any changes or circumstances that may affect their holiday are dealt with in a sensitive manner.
⦁Ensuring that the team delivers excellent customer service throughoutthe sales and booking process.

Operational:
⦁Report any discrepancies found on the company website
⦁Loadbookings into the company's reservation system, including any extras added onto the package.
⦁Ensure safe and secure handling of payments taken through the company's operational system.

Sales:
⦁Working with marketing to ensure that calls and enquiries are being generated.
⦁Ensuring all sales calls are directed to the sales team
⦁Ensuring thatsales targets are presented clearly to staff, then monitored and reviewed
⦁Maximise the sales of all extras, such as lift passes and ski hire
⦁Increase overall departmental sales per programme

My client is offering a competitive salary packagefrom £23,000 to £25,000 dependent on experience.
