The Job:
*Help as many clients as possibleto make deep connections with themselves and their chosen destinations so that they can be curious within their holidays &push their comfort zones.
*To work within the current Travel Team to provide a top quality & client focused service, building the clients understanding of their needs and how they can be met.
*This needs to be done within the framework of the salesprocess; providing consultations, sending proposals & converting those into bookings at a rate that meets top level bookingtargets.
*All the while, it would be expected to get excellent client feedback scores & develop long terms relationships that ensure clients come back for future holidays and generate referrals.
Skills / Experience Required:
*Must have at least 1-2years relevant experience, with a history of exceeding targets.
*Must have a genuine passion for travel within South and SouthEast Asia
*Must have a passion for, and understanding of, a client focused sales approach.
*Must be a natural communicator, who is happy to push their comfort zone.
*Must have a passion for providing something extraordinary.
*Must have a positive and energetic approach to sales.
*Must be willing to learn and be proactive in doing so
The Package:
*Basic salary dependent on experience plus team bonus
*Annual Two-Week FAM Trip
*Annual Free Flight
*23 Days Annual leave + Bank Holidays
