THE OPPORTUNITY:
My Client an Events Agency arelooking to recruit a Booking/Events Coordinator. This role has excellent prospects to join a vibrant team at a time of expansion.
As a Booking/Events Coordinator you will be liaising with clients regarding their bookings, quotes and requests. You will be working as part of a team to maximise all opportunities and ensure clients receive the best possible service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Taking inbound enquiries over the phone
* Responding to online enquiries through the booking system
* Working with members of the team to coordinate workloads
* Providing the upmost professional customer service always
* Occasionally supporting customers on the day of the event
* Completing standard admission tasks both manually and on the company system
THEPERSON:
* Experience within a similar Bookings/Events/Hospitality based role
* Confident and outgoing with the ability tohandle objections
* Excellent computer skills
* Able to manage a busy and varied workload
* Polite and friendly telephonemanner
* Strong on all Microsoft office packages
