THE ROLE
*Responding to enquiries created online and through our own database or customers
*Arranging all aspects of business and luxury travel itineraries, including: flights, transfers, accommodation, excursions etc.
*Working with a wide variety of business travellers and luxury holidaymakers
*Arranging all aspects of the client'stravel
*Handling all enquiries with exceptional customer service and in a professional manner
*Offering expert advice i.e. best value/most effective carriers, accommodation
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
*Previous tailor made travel experience gained from atravel agency / tour operator background
*In-depth knowledge of a GDS strongly desired
*Strong knowledge of long haul traveldestinations and Worldwide geography
*Excellent relationship building and customer service skills
*Able to articulate well;good clear telephone voice
*Professional approach at all times
