Now is an exciting time to join this Travel Agency based in offices in SW London. Due to recent success the company is growing therefore opportunities have arisen for people to jump on board and reap the benefits in a fast paced salesrole.
THE ROLE
*Responding to enquiries created online and through our own database or customers
*Arranging all aspects of business and luxury travel itineraries, including: flights, transfers, accommodation, excursions etc.
*Working with a wide variety of business travellers and luxury holidaymakers
*Arranging all aspects of the client's travel
*Handling all enquirieswith exceptional customer service and in a professional manner
*Offering expert advice i.e. best value/most effective carriers, accommodation
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
*Previous tailor made travel experience gained from a travel agency / tour operatorbackground
*In-depth knowledge of a GDS strongly desired
*Strong knowledge of long haul travel destinations and Worldwide geography
*Excellent relationship building and customer service skills
*Able to articulate well; good clear telephone voice
*Professional approach at all times

THE PACKAGE
Salary: Up to £21,000 plus commission
OTE: £40,000 to £60,000 per annum (uncapped)
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am- 7pm Saturday - 9am 4pm & Sunday 10am - 4PM
