JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Engage with customers face-to-face, via email, over the phone and via social media
* Use excellent product knowledge, questioning and listening to help your clients plan and book holidays
* Creating a wide variety of travel itineraries from city breaks, to European packages, worldwide holidays, cruises and more
* Being able to choose from a wide selection of tour operators and suppliers to create the perfect trip
* Working to teamand individual sales targets, using your friendly personality to build rapport and secure bookings & repeat business
* Participating in promotional events to promote the branch
* Dealing with related administration and other ad hoc duties
* Beingflexible to work a 37.5-hour week over 7 days (rota for weekends with time off in lieu of the week)

We are ideally seeking someone with at least 12 months Travel Industry experience. If you have left theindustry during the pandemic, this is the best time to return, as things are picking up dramatically and this is a company whohave stood firm in a challenging time, to continue their expansion. Consideration may be given to those with slightly less experience as a Travel Consultant, or to those from a related background, such as holiday representative, cabin crew, very well-travelled individuals with good target driven sales & customer service experience.
