Description:
A leading Ski Tour Operator are looking for an outgoing and friendly operations executive to join their vibrant team inSW London.
THE ROLE
*Checking all tour operator bookings, reconciling client confirmations and supplier invoices
*Liaising with the sales and client service teams to ensure all booking components are correctly booked and working where required withclients on changes and additions to bookings
*Flight changes/cancellations
*Manage transfer companies and short break transfer programme
*Working with the Operations Assistant to manage the mailing of all travel documents to ensure accuracy and distribution
*Supporting the Head of Product & Commercial with hotel and chalet allocations
*Administration and day to day management of flight allocations and airline contracts
*Manage ticketing queues
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
*A background in operations within a Tour Operator environment
*Experience liaising with suppliers
*Airline and ticketing knowledge
*A passion forthe ski industry strongly desired
*Language skills (French, German or Italian) are useful
