Description:
Travel Specialist required with solid sales background and track record in a service orientated environment, you will be responding to holidayenquiries within pre-determined time frames, focusing on the highest level of customer service.
The Job
*Deliver superior levels of customer service - target 80%+ NPS
*Achieve 95%+ personal service score based on helpfulness, responsiveness and knowledge
*Respond to email enquiries on the same day
*Respond to telephone calls within 3 rings
*Respond to call backs within 1 hour
*Follow pre-defined processes along the entire customer journey
*Focus on self-development through educational trips and research, to maximise product knowledge
*Maintain an audit trail of all customer communications
*Ensure that all data exchangeswith both clients and suppliers, including storage, are GDPR compliant
Skills required
*Track record in a service orientated environment
*Solid sales background with a strong emphasis on customer service
*Experience of selling quality holidays with a tour operator or travel agency
*Strong organisational skills
*Impeccable attention to detail
*Ability to work under pressure and to set deadlines
*Ability to forge and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally
*Highly flexible with an ability to focus on providing the client with the best possible service
*Clear verbal and written communicator with ahigh standard of English grammar and spelling
*Travel and Tourism qualification well regarded
*Passport and ability to travelabroad in the spring and autumn
*Driving licence useful
The Package
*Starting salary £25k during 6 month probation rising to£28k after successful probation. Opportunity to earn up to an additional £7k in bonuses, dependent upon company's revenue targets and individual KPIs which have a strong emphasis on service
*Must love travelling as educational trips take place every spring (Apr-Jun) and autumn (Sep-Oct)
