Get Recruited are currently recruitingfor an industry leading, well established organisation based in Manchester who, due to ongoing success, are seeking an Administrator to join their team.
As the Administrator, you will be required to work closely with the sales and marketing team, processing orders and offering administrative support where required.

THE ROLE:
* As the Administrator, you will act as the first point of contact for all customer queries, advisingor escalating as appropriate
* Work closely with the sales team, processing all orders quickly and accurately
* Keep all parties updated with order time frames
* Assisting with marketing activity where needed
* Updating and carrying out basic maintenance of the website
* Complete other administrative duties as required
THE PERSON:
* At least 1 years' experience asan order processor, admin assistant or within customer service is essential
* Experience within the fashion industry is essential
* Previous experience or knowledge of updating a basic website
* Strong communication skills with the ability to multi-task
* Excellent organisation skills
* Excellent IT literacy is essential
