Up to Â£23,000 + Excellent OTE + benefits
Get Recruited are currently working with a market leading hair and beauty wholesaler. The client is currently recruiting for a business development Executive to join their teamand maximise sales.
This business development executive opportunity is perfect for a hungry and driven individual with a proven track record of building relationships and converting sales using a consultative approach.
Business Development Executive Responsibilities:
* Opening new accounts over the phone and creating new business
* Making more than 80 calls per day
* Contacting our existing customers day to day
* Growing the business and working to targets
* Providing information andreporting your activity for tracking and monitoring purposes
* Positively promoting and presenting our full range of wholesale products
* Meeting Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs and Targets
Business development executive Skills and Experience:
* 12-18 months business development experience
* Experience of meeting and exceeding KPIS
* Excellent telephone manner
* Self-motivated, hungry, driven
* Must work well individually and as a member of a team
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
