They are recruiting for a talented, and hungry business development executive to help them in their growth of the B2B side of the business. Business Development Executive Responsibilities:
* Liaising closely with marketing, product and production teams to ensure an exceptional experience for the end user is achieved.
* Calling a mixture of cold and warm leads to small and medium sized businesses
* Researching business development opportunities and competition to keep ahead of the curve and secure new business.
* Initiate contact with potential customers with a strong focus on opening new accounts
* Keeping up to date with industry knowledge, garment ranges and trends will mean you can confidently talk to prospective clients.
* Building a portfolio of clients toadd to the ever-growing client base the business already works with and managing the accounts moving forward
* Helping to arrange marketing campaigns, identify changes/updates to website to help maximise new business and generate new leads.
* Reviewingand presenting monthly sales performance to management.
Business Development Skills and Experience:
* Previous sales experience is desired to demonstrate a drive for a successful sales career
* A demonstrable proactive, highly driven and resilient attitude will allow you to comfortably navigate through challenges faced within the role
* Being able to easily build rapport with colleagues and clients will enable you to maintain good relationships which will help drive revenue.
* A confident, self- assured personality with a strong sense of integrity to ensure that you are capable of taking ownership and ultimate responsibility for your success
* Will have a driving licence and initial use of own vehicle if necessary.
