The Immediate Life Support course trains individuals in the skills of the primary assessment and management of the unwell, deteriorating patient. This course is taught following RCUK Guidelines and Algorithms designed for healthcare professionals who will be providing initial treatment and response to the unwell patient. This course is delivered using both theoretical teaching and lectures, alongside practical workstations to achieve the learning outcomes. A current ILS manual will be distributed to candidates for review at least two weeks prior to the course as a mandatory requirement to sit the course.

If you have not completed a booking form, and have not received confirmation from our team, you will not be permitted to attend the course. This is in strict guidance with the Resus Council (UK) regulations as without confirmation from our team that you have been booked onto the course, you would not have received the pre course material and therefore, will not be able to sit the course. Failure to follow these guidelines and making payment for the course will not result in a refund.
