Lara is the CEO and Co-Founder of Found & Flourish, a female led organisation empowering women in business through community, services and events. With a background in advertising and social media strategy, Lara has over ten years experience working with early stage startups to household brands.

Lara hopes by putting on events such as this one she can support other women in business to launch, grow and scale impactful businesses.

Calandra owns three successful Brighton-based shops (Lust! and Taboo) and is a business-coach for a range of people at various stages of their professional career.  Calandra believes it can be a hard and lonely road to transition from self-employed/small business owner to bigger things, and wants to bring affordable coaching to everyone in the way of group workshops.

Louise is the Marketing Director of Propellernet, Co-Founder of Search Listening and a certified coach. Louise is a dedicated, commercially savvy marketer with a strategic focus. With a fourteen+ year career working exclusively within fast-paced agency environments, she is passionate about creating a space for women to feel motivated, empowered and armed with the tools they need to take their professional career to the next level.

We welcome anyone who identifies as a woman or a non-binary woman. We're on a mission to close the opportunity gap for female founders, so if Found & Flourish is a fit for how you identify then we'd love to have you join us.
