If you're looking for the best way to start your weekend on the right note join EVOLVE, our total body fitness bootcamp at The London Rooftop Gym in Shoreditch every Saturday 9-10am from 22nd June 2019 for 10 weeks.  Whether your goal is to get fit, learn something new or simply just to have fun and meet new people, this bootcamp is for you!  The classes are hosted by certified personal trainer and fitness instructor Victoria, founder of VFITG.
  • These bootcamps involve a mixture of circuit training, HIIT (high intensity interval training) and bodyweight exercises to work you in all the right places. 

  • The venue is a rooftop gym so please dress accordingly and be sure to bring a water bottle and a towel! 

  • Please arrive at 8.45am for registration purposes. The class will begin at 9am PROMPT. 

  • The nearest train station is Shoreditch High Street - 2 min walk.
