It looks at our individual personality profiles and why it is important to be mindful of our differences in all of our interactions with members/participants/clients.
As everyone in the fitness facility is responsible for the satisfaction and retention of members/participants/clients, it is in everyone’s best interest to attend this educative and innovative seminar – Reception staff, Management, Instructors, Les Mills or Non Les Mills, Lifeguards, Bar Staff etc.
Although this seminar is not physical it is highly interactive with in depth discussion pertaining to motivation and barriers to exercise. Focusing on club solutions to inclusivity and the psychology behind creating a habit with exercise this really is 3 hours of training all staff will benefit from.
