This course is designed to improve your overall Wellbeing - providing powerful tools for anyone who needs to maximise their potential and opportunities in their lives - Employability, Relationships, Self-Confidence, Resilience, Assertiveness, Numeracy and Literacy. You'll feel empowered to meet life's challenges in effective ways and things that you'll find that things you may have found daunting will now be dealt with far more effectively.
