PERSONAL TRAINING CLASSES WITH KATIE LEES
Katie is our in-house personal training at Locker gym, Whitworth Locke, and runs regular weekly classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. These include:
PUNCH: Boxing based cardio
STRENGTH: Functional circuits
CORE: Abs focused training class

Katie's philosophy is to promote flexible and fun fitness. Specialising in fat loss and muscle building, she loves seeing her clients grow in confidence and feel empowered as they progress through their fitness journeys. She'll help you achieve your goals, whether that means fitting back into those jeans, running a marathon or getting stronger.

HOW MUCH? £5 or free for guests. Fee can be paid via Eventbrite or in cash on arrival.
ADVANCE BOOKING: Please note, classes will be available to book 2-3 weeks in advance. If you are a guest and would like to book onto a class further in advance, please drop a note to askwhitworth@lockeliving.com.
NOTE: Booking is essential and runs on a first-come, first-serve basis.
