Come along to this special experience within the relaxing and cosy venue of the Kibble Palace (within Glasgow's Botanic Gardens). We are now there on Monday evenings at 6.30pm (April to September 2019) in addition to Saturdays at 10am and 11am (all year round). This is a slot in your week where you can practice this series of exercises which are great for your posture, flexibility and strength. Try one out!
