Improve sleep and release long-held physical and emotional tensions with progressive postures, breathing techniques and a deep relaxation called Yoga Nidra. During the practice of Yoga Nidra, all you have to do is lie down in savasana and listen to the instructor’s voice guiding you through different parts of the body. Yoga Nidra prepares you for deeper levels of awareness and you get to know your body-mind more, in a safe, quiet and non-judgmental space. The course is suitable for all levels of ability, no previous experience is necessary.
There are only 8 spaces available, please book in advance. We provide mats, belts, blocks, cushions and blankets at no extra cost.
