This August Bank Holiday weekend you are invited to join us at the court of King Charles II. There will be a packed programme of activities for all the family to enjoy throughout the weekend including combats, talks and handling sessions plus the opportunity to ‘meet the monarch’ and watch an exciting horse show.
Cavalcade for a king
Not for nothing is horse-racing called ‘the sport of kings’. Charles II loves all things equine, so join the court of the Merry Monarch for a thrilling thirty minutes of sport, spectacle and speed as his flamboyant Life Guard drill, dress and race for the King’s pleasure. Will you stake your savings on a spirited steed, set your cap at a stately trooper, or simply sit spellbound by the display of Spanish dressage? And will his Majesty be pleased?
