In celebration of Birmingham Heritage Week and the 25th anniversary of Heritage Open Days, Reclaim Photography Festival is delighted to host a special photography walk, to celebrate the beauty of Birmingham’s architecture.
Event highlights include a visit to Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery and an opportunity to capture the unique beauty of landmark buildings and cityscapes this beautiful city has to offer. Our hosts will provide you with an opportunity to meet other photography enthusiasts and to enjoy the walk in a relaxed environment.
Please join us from 1:30pm to 3:30pm, Saturday 14 September 2019. The walk will start at the Museum entrance in Chamberlain Square and finish at the Edwardian Tea Rooms. There will be time afterwards to take an independent tour of the Museum collection. Reclaim Photography Festival is a community arts project which offers an annual programme of collaborations, events and exhibitions, aimed at promoting the best in art photography, through inclusive projects free of cost. We encourage participation from young people and those most disadvantaged.
