Becky Sharpe is a film director offering tailor-made coaching sessions to work with you intensively in Screen Acting. You can choose to book just one session or regular weekly sessions with Becky; if you cannot make Tuesdays please email to request your preferred time and day (Email Becky@SharpeFilms.com). You can book a session to work on a Self-Tape or an audition piece that you are preparing, and Becky will work with you one-to-one or with a scene buddy in your coaching session.

The coaching sessions are tailored to your needs; so if you are a newcomer to screenwork or an experienced professional, Becky will help you go to the next level.
For newcomers to screen acting, it is recommended to take the foundation in screen acting sessions first, which will teach you the principles of screen acting through a monologue, then a scene, both of which will be given to you for your showreel. If you have done Becky's foundation in Screen Acting Workshop, then the work in Individual sessions will go into script and character analysis, as well as helping you make bold choices and improving your technique.
Becky will help you gain confidence, with plenty of on-camera practice. You will develop your skills in understanding and accepting direction in live filming scenarios as well as self-directing to prepare for the film set.
Sessions are informal and fun, covering the important aspects of screen acting and storytelling for camera and we will apply the teaching to specific scenes and characters. Sessions are one hour or two hours, or if you have a complex scene or self-tape to work on then a three hour session is recommended.

FAQs
How can I book my first session?
Firstly drop an email to Becky@SharpeFilms.com to check availability. I ask for 48 hours notice as a minimum, and you will need this time to prepare any lines or scriptwork before our session together. If you have a last minute audition or self-tape and you urgently want a session on the same day to coach you on the material, then please state this in your email and include your phone number so that I can see if I can fit you in for an emergency session.
What if I have to do an urgent Self-Tape?
Just drop an email to Becky and include your phone number so that I can see if I can fit you in for an emergency session. Please note that all Self-Tape sessions are a minimum booking of two hours and with a recommendation of three hours (this includes the coaching, the filming and the upload of the completed self-tape).

Individual Session Pricing
The price of coaching is £40 per hour. Tickets are £40 for a one hour individual session or £80 for two hours or £120 for three hours. Most sessions are two hours. A weekly session of two hours is recommended to make noticeable progress in your screen acting. Ticket prices have a small Eventbrite fee attached.
Will I be able to have the filmed scenes?
Acting Students who attend six hours of coaching or more will receive two filmed pieces - monologues or scenes. If students attend only two or three hours, they will be able to receive one piece.
Please note that attending one session only does not usually provide any showreel material (you are welcome to attend just one session as it will help your screen presence).

Where are the workshops taking place?
The one to one coaching sessions take place in Becky's home studio in Hither Green which is one stop from Charing Cross or London Bridge. You will receive the full address when you complete the ticket purchase.
