On the 12th September 2014 Mont Rose College of Management & Sciences opened its new building to the public in Ilford, Essex, Greater London. The event was a themed afternoon tea, with a marquee outside in the car park replete with 1940s decorations. Vintage Catering provided delicious sandwiches, scones and cakes. The guests of the event were: the Mayor of Redbridge and his Lady wife, Redbridge councillors, staff members, tutors and various important people who were responsible for making the College the way it is today, from the design of the college to the funding and financing.
The pink ribbon cutting was performed by the Mayor outside the main entrance of the college. Then followed the afternoon tea served in the marquee by Vintage. After a tour around the new Ilford college London, there was a performance by a Bulgarian dance group, two traditional Bulgarian songs and then a traditional Bulgarian Dance.
