iO Associates are working closely with a global non for profit based in Londonwho are looking to recruit a Lead UX Designer. You'll have the opportunity to work on projects that will truly make a difference for peoples lives in the UK and around the world.
As the Lead UX Desginer you'll make sure all their Digital Services andProducts are optimisted and developed to suit their users. You'll be leading on research projects with users/charity workers toensure they have a user centred design. You'll be an integral part of the agile digital team, working closely with Service Leads, Product Owners and BA's.
Main Responsibilities
* Rapidly prototype and design digital services that will help people in need
* To oversee UX and UI - taking briefs/ideas through to well crafted designs
* Lead research projects - to improve user journeys and maximise UI interactions
* You'll have the opportunity to lead on the mobile app developement
* To facilitate Agile management of UX/UI work
* Manage a small team of designers
