Butcher Manager - South Dublin (Must have a valid Irish work permit)
The Butcher Manager Position is available at a famous store in South Co. Dublin.
The position is mainly Monday to Friday and 3years + of experience required

* Fully qualified in all aspects of the butchery trade; cutting, trimming, breaking& displaying meat.
* Manage the opening, product display, daily tidy up and customer service of the unit in South Dublin* Liaise with the Store Manager to ensure that the counter and staff standards are always on par with the service offering.
*Organise stock and equipment, order supplies and oversee equipment maintenance, cleanliness and security on a timely basis.
*Prepare and manage a weekly optimum staff roster.
* Plan and work to budgets, maximise profits and achieve sales targets andmargins.
* Assist in recruiting, training, developing and managing staff.
* Coordinate staff scheduling and rotas, and motivate and encourage staff to achieve targets by being proactive and interactive with potential customers.
* Ensure hygiene standards are maintained and that the shop complies with health and safety regulations.
* Ensure high standards of customer serviceare maintained.*
* Implement and instil in your team company policies, procedures and ethics.
* Handle customer complaintsand queries.
* Prepare weekly reports and other performance analysis documentation.
* Establish relationships with the localcommunity and propose and undertake activities that boost turnover and brand identity.
* Carry out other duties as may be assigned to you
