£85,000 BASIC + £9000 CAR ALLOWANCE + BONUS
THE OPPORTUNITY:We're exclusively recruiting on behalf of a market leader within the Health & Beauty Category that is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to join the business.
As the Head of Sales, you'll be responsible for leading a team of National Account Managers who are responsible for winning and managing relationships with major grocers such as ASDA, Tesco, Sainsbury's and Morrisons, as well as, health focused retailers such as Boots & Superdrug.
The successful candidate will have strong sales strategy and tactical skills to lead the sales team to success through the acquisition of new retailers and the expansion of rangeswithin the existing relationships.

THE PERSON:
* The successful candidate will need to have current experience in a Head of Sales position (or similar) within the FMCG industry, with the responsibility of leading a team of National Account Manager's
* Must have experience of working with major grocers such as; ASDA, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons AND/OR health retailers such as Boots, Superdrug
* Demonstratable experience of implementing and deploying successful sales strategies to achieve exponential growth
* You'll need experience of gaining listings (within any of the aforementioned retailers) for non-food High Volume / FMCG products
* Any experience of working with Health & Beauty category would be significant advantage but not essential
* Must have Full UK driving licence and own car
