THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is partnered exclusively with a growing business based in Failsworth who are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business with a fantastic culture and excellent long term prospects.
They're looking to hire an Operations Manager to join the business working closely with the MD and other Senior Managers to coordinate with all departments and implement the right processes and procedures across the business.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Manage the growth and success of the team in all departments
* Reviewing the procedures and policies across the business and identifying areas of improvement and streamlining
* Implementing the agreed processes and assuring the teams across the company work in accordance to them
* Managing stock and staffing levels to ensure client requests and deadlines are met
Ensuring production standards are maintained
* Managing the fleet of vehicles
* Purchasing materials
* Managing Health and Safety
* Handling ER issues such as disciplinaries where needed
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
*Proven work experience as an Operations Manager / Project Manager in a cross-departmental function
* Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety & HR
* Experience in people management
* Basic knowledge of accounts
* Excellent communications skills* Outstanding organisational skills
