The Role

My client, a leading software solutions provider is seeking a skilled and experienced Administrator to join their team based in North County Dublin. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position.

As the Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the general office and HR department. You will also be responsible for handling the reception area.



Tasks & Duties

* Managing the reception phone line whilst greeting and meeting visitors.
* Provide top tier administrative support to multiple departments including Operations and HR.
* Assisting HR with the recruitment process including setting up interviews and document management.
* Managing and ordering supplies (stationary,grocery etc)
* Arranging meetings, preparing meeting rooms and organizing catering.
* Handling swipe card entry.
* Providing excellent customer services.
* Any ad-hoc duties that may arise.



Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

* Aminimum of two years' experience in a busy office environment.
* Excellent administration skills with strong attention to detail.
* Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Candidates must currently reside in Ireland with full working rights.
