Description:
My client, a leading supplier of IT solutions, are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join them ona contract in Dartford to work in a lively, friendly and professional team.
The contract will start Monday 12th July, and have an initial duration of 6 months (with chance of extension)
The position will involve
* Taking high volumes of incomingcalls.
* Aiming to resolve customer queries and faults with equipment.
* Updating queries onto the database.
* Updating system for other users.
* Offer guidance to clients and identifying faults.
* Working to strict deadlines and service level agreements.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated and enjoy problem solving. You will have proven experience of working within a call centre/customer service environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-established company offering excellent benefits.
The successful applicant should also have
* Excellent customer service skills.
* The ability to learn some technical product information.
* Strong MS Office knowledge.
* Ability to work in a pressurised environment.
* The ability to pass a vetting procedure (criminal and credit checks)
Further Information
* Shifts are between 7am and 11pm Monday to Sunday - 7am to 2.30pm, 9am to 5.30pm and 3.30pm to 11pm - 1 late and 1 early shift every 12 weeks
*4 weeks initial training
* Working from home initially, but once restrictions are lifted, role will be 100% based from officesin Dartford
* Interviews will be via Zoom (before 2nd July)
* Rate details - £14.45 per hour (Umbrella rates subject to deductions and weekly umbrella fee).
* Overtime available for unscheduled Saturdays and Sundays
This role has been deemed andassessed and inside IR35 role,
