My client, a multinational based in Eyre Square, Co Galway is looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their growing team.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate or candidates from a retail/hospitality background looking to move over to a corporate environment. Furthermore, there are excellent opportunities for career progression and furthereducation.
Working Hours:
35 hour working week. Flexibility will be required.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver polite and courteous customer support, addressing inquiries with professionalism.
* Manage inbound customer calls, offering clear guidance on policy coverage.
* Uphold a consistently professional demeanour towards work, colleagues, and customers.
* Achieve and exceed internal and external Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Document comprehensive records for each customer call received.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure the provision of top-tier customer service.
* Conduct follow-up callswith network providers.
* Communicate with client insurance partners.
* Various administrative tasks, such as invoice approval and filing.
* Undertake additional duties as required and instructed by the operations team.
The Ideal Candidate:
*Previous experience with customer service
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
