A dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Service Agent is required for our client, an exciting ecommerce hospitality start up, to support the transformation and the future growth of the business within the Customer Services function. Previous customer service experience and excellent communication skills are essential!

* Act as a key point of contact for our delivery drivers, providing real-time support and assistance to ensure efficient and effective on-demand delivery operations.

*Fluent in English and Basic Spanish
